He appeals therefrom, contending that the evidence is insufficient to support the judgment; Brown's testimony was "untrustworthy" and 'perjurious" and therefore "not competent"; at the preliminary hearing the court denied him the right to learn the name of the informant; and two unreported conferences at the bench deprived him of due process of law.
